7. Rights Related to Automated Decision-Making

You have the right not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects or similarly significantly affects you.

8. Right to Withdraw Consent

Where we rely on consent to process your personal data, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time.

Legal Basis for Processing

We process your personal data under the following legal bases:

  • Contractual Necessity: Processing necessary to perform our contract with you (program enrollment and delivery)
  • Consent: You have given clear consent for processing for specific purposes (marketing communications, video recording)
  • Legitimate Interests: Processing necessary for our legitimate business interests (improving services, website analytics)
  • Legal Obligation: Processing necessary to comply with legal obligations

Data We Collect and Process

We collect and process the following categories of personal data:

  • Identity data (name, title, professional information)
  • Contact data (email, phone number, address)
  • Financial data (payment information)
  • Program data (applications, assessments, video recordings of training sessions)
  • Technical data (IP address, browser type, usage data)

International Data Transfers

We are based in Australia and may transfer your personal data outside the EEA for processing. Where we do so, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including:

Data Retention

  • Program participants: For the duration of the program plus 7 years for training records and testimonials
  • Prospective clients: For 3 years from last contact
  • Marketing contacts: Until you unsubscribe or request deletion
  • Financial records: As required by applicable tax and accounting laws

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk, including:

Data Breach Notification
